The Schoolhouse at Lower Mills

The Schoolhouse at Lower Mills is a luxury apartment development featuring 62 units in Dorchester's Historic Lower Mills.  The original Governor Stoughton School (circa 1856) was relocated on-site and has been incorporated into the new development.  Located sixty feet above the Neponset River, the new four-story building provides expansive views of Lower Mills, the Neponset River, and the Blue Hills.  Construction was completed in 2008.

Wilkes Passage Lofts located at 1313 Washington Street in the South End of Boston includes 155 condominium units, 16,000-sf of retail space, and a 380-space parking garage.  Mr. Norton was a partner in this development with Edward A.
